新昌日利RLYR6001- I热风拉幅定型机

RLYR6001-I系列热风拉幅定型机采用铸造成型轨道、加油润滑，适用于真丝、毛麻、棉、化纤等机织物的拉幅和热定型。
　　本机采用交流变频技术，PLC控制变频同步调速，实现了各主动单元同步精确和主要工艺参数在线监控。故障显示功能可以让用户及时、准确地排除故障，以达到最少的停机时间，创造最大的生产效益。
　　RLYR6001-I series stenter mashine is applicable to tentering and hotsetting of the machine-woven fabrics of naturics of natural silk,cotton ,wool and jute,etc.
　　This machine applies an AC frequency-conversion technique and PLC to have an in-process supervision and control for a precise synchronous movement of every active element and over the main techchnological parameters.Its abnormal problems timely and precisely,therefore,to minimize the machine stop time and maximize the production efficiency.
