一个独特的蒸汽调节系统来发挥温度的最佳效用，不论蒸汽的供给如何，均能保持不变的状态，在工作时蒸汽的温度不变是染料的良好发展，及印刷糊料中助剂如尿素之减少的重要因素。这是最新型的蒸化机，亦是技术上最先进的机型，蒸汽室是封闭型，完全采用不锈钢板造成，布料由前面的一个开口进入再由后面出来，这些开口使进出的蒸汽不会凝结水滴，也阻止空气进蒸汽室里面。布料是放在细棒上面，由链条输送经过蒸汽室，细棒本身会自行旋转，以避免布料从细棒上留下痕迹。挂布的形成是一个特制可变弧形装置来完成，挂布的容量是由一个侦测器自动控制。

蒸汽进入蒸汽室内是经由侧壁有个水箱净化蒸汽的特别装置，经过此水箱蒸汽提高湿度，在此情况下得到的高湿度，能使纤维染料固色得到最佳效用，有不锈钢制成的循环风扇，可使蒸汽在蒸汽室中均匀性。蒸汽室顶部凝结水滴，特别设计的加湿喷雾装置，装在风扇后面当布料有发热温度升高时，会自动高压注入喷雾水，保持蒸汽室温度稳定。在现代蒸汽加热最常用，热经过不锈钢制热交换器，被安装在风扇之后面，可更快达到工作温度，也可仅加热空气来操作，采用此系统成本价
