GR202系列染色机是我厂在总结多年来生产染色机经验的基础上，结合近年来纱线染色的新工艺、新技术以及各客户的新要求，博采国处先进染色机长处而开发的立式圆筒形全充满式的高温，高压纱线染色机。
该产品主要适合在140℃以下对棉、毛、麻、涤棉、涤等天然纤维及其混纺织物的绞纱、筒子纱进行染、煮、漂白、清洗等工艺处理。
该机与以前常规染色机相比较，其突出优点为：
一、采用最新设计的目前国内最先进、优良的高效率、高抗汽蚀性的混流泵。其染液正反循环通过泵内的换向阀自动完成，泵内叶轮能为染纱过程提供大流量和足够扬程系数，其穿透性强，适染高难织物，被染织物色牢度高，具有很好的匀染效果，适染多种织物。
二、该机亦具有拉链、粘扣带、花带等织物的染色功能，可谓一机多用，对织物完成漂染工艺要求，适用性广，染色色光度好。
三、自动化程度高，工艺重演性好，操作使用方便：因为该机配备电脑控制，使染色操作过程自动化，减少手动操作而引起的人为因素。染色过程完全按照工艺要求运行，各功能、指令由电器系统程序控制，使工艺具有重演性，减少缸差。
四、合理、完善的操作环境和高度的安全性：该机采用自封式锅口密封，气动式锅口锁紧联动安全装置，且气动式锅盖启闭装置，使用方便，安全可靠。
各管口采用气手两用阀门，锅内的盘管，加热冷却系统均采用自动控制，劳动强度低，操作环境舒适。
GR202 series dyeing machine is the vertical cylinder type ful filling high temperature & high pressure dyeing machine for yarns,which is dereloped by our factory on the basis of srmmarizing experiences on producing dyeing machines,combining with mew process,new technology and new requirements of variors customers on yarn dyeing,and absorbing advantages of foreign advanced dyeingmachines.
