　　常州市同和纺织机械制造有限公司成立于1999年12月18日，是中国纺织机械器材工业协会常务理事单位，江苏省高新技术企业。同和公司从事纺织机械、专件、器材的开发、研制、生产和销售。目前，主要产品有棉纺、毛纺、麻纺、绢纺等纺机罗拉和摇架，产品可与粗纱机、细纱机、捻线机、精梳机、并条机、条并卷机等主机配套。年生产能力为500余万节纺机罗拉和300余万套纺机摇架，同和公司纺机罗拉的产量、品种和质量均居世界第一；同和公司纺机摇架的产量、品种和质量均居世界第二；新型高性能紧密纺装置技术上处于国际先进水平，可与国内外各类棉纺细纱机主机配套和改造，年生产能力200余万锭。
