<BR> KZ904L型自动空气捻接器是为“ESPERO”型自动络筒机上捻接纱线而配备的自动捻接设备。本设备在主机动力的驱动下，能够自动完成引纱、夹持剪断、退捻、拨纱、加捻等一整套捻接动作，从而得到捻接质量一流的无接头纱线。
<BR> 本捻接设备还可以通过选配不同型号的捻接腔，在一定范围内对不同支数的单纱或股线进行捻接，以满足用户的使用要求。
<BR> KZ904L型自动空气捻接器能够满足主机的适配要求。其主要结构是由机身传动部件、捻接部件、上剪夹纱部件和下剪夹纱部件等四大部件精准组成，具有结构合理、调试方便、密封性能好、使用寿命长、运转稳定可靠、成接率大于98%的优良性能。因此，本设备是“ESPERO”自动络筒机用户的明智选择。

<BR> KZ904L is the automatic splicer device,which installed in the automatic winders"ESPERO"for yarn joining.By the drive of host machine,KZ7490L can accomplish a set of activities automatically:such as running cycle of yarn introduction,clamping and cutting,unjointing and double splicing so as to obtain a high quality knotless yarn.
<BR> In order to meet customers’various requirements we also introduced different kinds of chambers which can installed in the device. Customers can change the chambers depends on their own requirement.Therefore,we can say this device is suitable for splicing different type of yarns in a certain range by the right selection of different types of Mingling Chamber.
