　　I am very pleased to attend this press conference of China Hi-Tech Group, and I’d like to take this opportunity to extend, on behalf of China Hi-Tech Group, a warm welcome and sincere appreciation to all friends present!

中国恒天集团有限公司，是国务院国有资产监督管理委员会监管的国有独资大型中央企业，在全球拥有200多家子公司和分公司。其中经纬纺织机械股份有限公司、恒天凯马股份有限公司、保定天鹅股份有限公司、中国服装股份有限公司和香港立信工业有限公司等5家为上市公司。
　　China Hi-Tech Group is a major state-owned enterprise under the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council of the PR China, and it has over 200 subsidiaries and branch offices worldwide, including 5 listed corporations, namely, Jingwei Textile Machinery Co., Ltd., Kama Co., Ltd., Baoding Swan Co., Ltd., China Garments Co., Ltd. and Fong's Industries Company Limited.

　　The principal business activities of China Hi-Tech Group include three sections, namely, textile machinery, textile trade and cargo truck, which are further divided into six major business units of textile machinery, textile trade, new fiber materials, heavy industrial machinery, real estate and investment. Among them, textile machinery is the core business of China Hi-Tech Group.

中国恒天集团纺机业务综合实力在中国国内位居第一，业务规模在全球纺织机械领域位居第二，是目前全球拥有纺织机械品种、门类最齐全的公司，主要业务为：棉纺织设备、化纤设备、印染整设备和非织造布设备。

棉纺织设备方面
　　Cotton Textile Machinery

可以向客户提供清花、梳棉、并条、精梳、粗纱、细纱、络筒、捻线，各道工序、不同组成、不同适用范围的系列化单机和成套产品，在国内外市场享受良好声誉。
　　The company can provide customers with series of single machinery and complete set of products of different processes including blowing, carding, drawing, combing, roving, spinning, winding and twisting, as well as different compositions and different scopes of applications, enjoying a good reputation in domestic and foreign markets.

拥有整经、浆纱、织造（包括喷气织机、剑杆织机、喷水织机、针织，以及经编机等）等多种型号、不同系列、性能优良的新型织造设备，可以满足国内外市场的不同需求。
　　It has new weaving equipment of various models, different series and desirable performance for warping, sizing and weaving (including air jet loom, rapier loom, water jet loom, knitting, warp knitting machine, etc.), able to meet different demands of the domestic and foreign markets.

恒天棉纺织机械产品正在朝着短流程、连续高效、自动化、高速度、纺纱全流程智能化方向发展。纺纱车间网络化监控和管理，专家系统等也有很好的发展。网络通讯、电子、检测、精密机械制造技术在织造设备上的应用，使产品机电一体化、可靠性、能耗水平进一步提高。
　　The cotton textile machinery products of China Hi-Tech Group are developing towards the direction of short flow, continuous high-efficiency, automation, high speed and intelligent whole spinning process. Network-based monitoring and management as well as expert systems in the spinning workshop are also under sound development. The application of network communication technology, electronic technology, detection technology and precision machinery manufacturing technology further improves the electromechanical integration, reliability and energy-consumption level of the products.

化纤设备方面
　　Chemical Fiber Machinery

恒天集团化纤业务的核心企业恒天重工股份有限公司，是世界三大涤纶短纤设备制造商之一、全球最大的粘胶设备和浆纱设备供应商。
　　As the core enterprise of chemical fiber business of China Hi-Tech Group, CHTC Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. is one of the three manufacturers of polyester staple equipment in the world, and the world’s largest supplier of viscose equipment and sizing equipment.

可以为客户提供单线最大生产能力年产6万吨的涤纶短纤维成套设备、年产5万吨的粘胶短纤维成套设备、年产1.5万吨的湿法腈纶成套设备，以及碳纤维、芳纶1313、芳纶1414、高强高模聚乙烯纤维等高新技术纤维及绿色环保纤维生产设备。
　　We are providing customers with complete-set polyester staple fiber equipment with a single line capacity of 60,000 tons/year, complete-set viscose rayon staple fiber equipment with a single line capacity of 50,000 tons/year, complete-set acrylic fiber wet spinning equipment with a single line capacity of 15,000 tons/year as well as hi-tech fiber and green fiber production equipment of carbon fiber, aramid fiber 1313, aramid fiber 1414 and PE fibers.

关键单机的技术水平和运行可靠性不断提高，功能化、差别化、高性能纤维生产设备取得突破并实现产业化。在国内市场保持较高的市场占有率，并出口国际市场。
　　Thanks to constant improvement of technical level and operation reliability of single machines, breakthrough and industrialization have been achieved for functional, different and high-performance fiber production equipment which maintain a high level of market share in the domestic market, and are exported to the international market.

印染设备方面
　　Printing and Dyeing Machinery

新近加盟中国恒天集团的香港立信工业有限公司，作为恒天印染整业务的核心企业，使集团印、染整设备综合能力迅速提升。
　　Fong's Industries Co., Ltd., the new member of China Hi-Tech Group, as the core enterprise of the printing and dyeing business, allows rapidly improved comprehensive capacities of the Group in printing, dyeing and finishing machinery.

可向客户提供纯棉、涤棉、化纤、羊毛、丝、麻等各类织物加工的印、染整设备。满足加工高中档服装面料及装饰物的工艺要求。
　　We can provide customers with various printing, dyeing and finishing equipment suitable for processing of various fabrics such as pure cottons, polyester cottons, chemical fibers, woolens, silks or linen fabrics, which can meet different process requirements for processing high-or medium-grade garment fabrics and ornaments. 

公司注重印染新技术、新工艺研究，不断提高自动化控制水平和在线检测控制能力，在气流染色机、热量回收系统等减少污染并节能降耗的印染机械装备方面实现突破，设备技术水平不断提高。
　　The company focuses on researches into new technologies and processes for printing and dyeing, constantly improving automatic control level and online detection control capacity, and realizing breakthrough in pollution reduction, energy saving and consumption reduction of printing and dyeing machinery such as airflow dyeing machine and heat recycling system, and constant improvement of technical level of printing and dyeing equipment.

非织造布设备方面
　　 Non-Woven Machinery

恒天集团将以德国Autefa solution、奥地利Autefa、意大利Autefa，加上集团已有的纺粘、熔喷、针刺、水刺等无纺布设备，作为未来非织造布业务的核心。
　　China Hi-Tech Group will take Autefa Solution Germeny, Autefa Austria and Autefa Italy, in addition to the non-woven equipment that the Group already has such as spunbond, melt-blowing, needle punching and spunlace as the core for future non-woven business.

可为客户提供纺粘、水刺、针刺、热风、热轧、熔喷、复合等各类成套非织造布设备。公司将紧跟国际发展趋势，进行复合纺丝技术与非织造布加工技术结合的研究，在完善各种单一非织造布工艺的基础上，实现各工艺之间的相互交叉、复合，形成新一代非织造布成套设备，进一步提高非织造布机械的技术水平和竞争能力。为客户提供全流程解决方案。
　　We are manufacturing for customers complete sets of non-woven equipment for spunbonding, spunlacing, needle punching, through-air thermal bonding, hot-calendering, melt-blowing and compositing. At the same time, while keeping up with the international development trend, we are carrying out researches into combination of composite spinning technology and non-woven processing technology in order to realize intercrossing and combination of various processes on the basis of perfecting various single non-woven fabric processes, thus forming a new generation of complete-set non-woven equipment and further improving the technology and competitiveness of non-woven machinery. We also provide customers with whole-process solutions.
