Model PT465XL Series of pressure transducers measure polymer melt pressure in an injection molding machine nozzle or a hot runner. A protective flexible armored cable extends from its electronic housing to the tip for unmatched strength and increased life. Located in the nozzle, the PT465XL provides a very accurate (0.5%) measurement of the pressure of the plastic melt entering the mold. It also has a free-spinning jam nut that simplifies installation.

Standard transducers are supplied with an Inconel diaphragm for increased wear resistance and longevity. A 6-pin bendix-style connector is used for easy connect and disconnect.

The PT465XL is designed for the restricted locations is ideal for nozzle and hot runner pressure measurements in Injection Molding.
