作用：本机是将充分开松及混合的原料通过定量给棉，由一高速运转的锡林打击以及通过风机气流的吹吸，使运动的棉在受负压的尘笼上吸附，夹持输出后便成所需产品。

结构：斜帘→水平帘→给棉罗拉→锡林→风机→上下坐笼→输出帘。

特征：本机成网过程采用变速风机循环气流，因而克重范围比较大，根据工艺需要（如热固型），在水平帘上方可加撒粉装置，可定量添加低熔点的高聚物粉末。

Functions: The weighed cotton that is opening and mixing fully is impacted through high speed cylinder and blown and absorbed through dust cage with negative pressure and clamped and output. The finished product is got.
Structure: Inclined lattice →level lattice →cotton feeding roll→cylinder →fan →upper and low dust cage →output lattice.
Features: The formed net process adapts circle air stream from speed variable motor. Therefore the range ratio of weight in gram is large. According to the needs of technology (eg. Thermofixation), the spreading powder device can be added at the upper of level lattice. In this way the low m.p. polymer powder can be added quantificationally.
