瓦房店宏通轴承制造有限公司专业设计和生产内径Φ60mm-Φ2200mm之间的各类型中大型、特大型轴承。也可根据用户提供的样件、来图生产加工各种异型结构轴承。我厂技术力量雄厚，加工设备精良，检测手段齐全，产品质量上乘，产品广泛应用于港口、工程、冶金、矿山、化工、煤炭、水泥、军事工程机械及高科研设备等不同领域。我公司主要生产的三大类产品：一、圆柱滚子轴承：　　可以根据客户的要求设计和生产内径Φ60mm-Φ1500mm之间，轴承精度在P0-P6级之间的重负荷滚子轴承、重型双列圆柱滚子轴承、轧机圆柱滚子轴承、推力圆柱滚子轴承、单双密封及单双列滚子异型满装圆柱轴承等产品。P4级高精度数控生产线可以加工生产内径在Φ60-Φ600之间专业轴承。对各类复杂结构圆柱滚子轴承有多年的研发经验，能为客户提供完善的产品解决方案，协助每一位客户准确达成目标。二、圆锥滚子轴承：　　可以根据客户的要求设计和生产内径Φ60mm-Φ1500mm之间，轴承精度P0-P6级之间的单双列四列圆锥滚子轴承, 外圈有止动挡边的单双列四列圆锥滚子轴承,英制单双列四列圆锥滚子轴承, 大锥角圆锥滚子轴承。也可研发制造用以承受径向载荷为主与轴向联合载荷。外圈可分离，组装容易。在安装和使用过程中可以调节轴向游隙，也可以预过盈安装的专用圆锥滚子异型轴承。P4级高精度数控生产线可以加工生产内径在Φ60-Φ600之间专业轴承。对各类复杂结构圆锥滚子轴承有多年的研发经验，能为客户提供完善的产品解决方案，协助每一位客户准确达成目标。三、调心滚子轴承：可以根据客户的要求设计和生产内径Φ60mm-Φ1500mm之间的对称球面滚子型、非对称球面滚子型调心滚子轴承, 单列调心滚子轴承,剖分式调心滚子轴承, 宽内圈调心滚子轴承、宽内圈圆锥孔调心滚子轴承。也可研发制造用以安装误差或轴挠曲而可引起的角度误差的场合专用调心滚子异型轴承。P4级高精度数控生产线可以加工生产内径在Φ60-Φ600之间专业轴承。对各类复杂结构调心滚子轴承有多年的研发经验，能为客户提供完善的产品解决方案，协助每一位客户准确达成目标。Wafangdian macro tong bearing manufacturing Co., LTD.
