机器用途
可采用涤纶和锦纶长丝、晴纶丝、氨纶丝、涤纶变形丝、混纺纱等原料,编织平素织物、弹力织物和绒类织物的胚布,并经相应的后整理工艺加工后,可以生产服装用织物,席梦思面料和床罩、室内装饰和产业用织物。包括外衣、运动服、内衣、泳装、汽车内装饰、鞋子面料涂层织物和特殊结构的网眼织物以及带毛圈装置和不带毛圈装置形成的毛绒织物。
机架由钢板焊接的床身与墙板、顶梁组成。成圈机构、编花装置、送经机构、牵拉卷取机构、主传动机构均固定在机架上。

Application
It is suitable for using various of fibers ,such as Polyester, Polyamide, Acrylic, Spandex, textured filament yarn, blended yarn, to knit plaint fabrics, velour fabrics, etc. After passing the relative finishing process, these fabrics can be made into garments using, pattern bed cloth, bedspread, room decoration and industry using fabric etc, including coat, sportswear, underclothes , swimming wear, decoration inside car, shoes fabric, coating fabric, special frame mesh fabric, and pile fabric.
The frame is made of body、shaft、top rest. knitting elements、pattern device、let-off、pulling wind-up device、main drive are installed on the frame

成圈机构
a.成圈机构由能单个安装糟针的针床、针芯床、沉降片床以及2~4把导纱梳栉组成。
b.合理选择机件的动程值,保证高速运行的实现。
c.大截面、空心镁合金型材的采用,增加各针床刚度,有效减轻运动机件的运动惯量和动力载荷。
d.计算机动画模拟成圈机件的配合运动,优化得到良好的成圈与编织纱线的配合运动和动力特性,确保理想的织造质量。
e.成圈机构均采用先进的计算机技术进行优化处理的偏心连杆机构传动,该机构选择良好的机构运动特征和动力特征,减少了机构的运动加速度、转动惯量。
f.使用高精度工艺设备和合理的工艺方法保证其精度。

Knitting elements
a)it's made of needle-bed、needle pin、sink bar and 2~4 guide bars.
b)Selecting the suitable moving data to guarantee high speed.
c)Stable hollow-section magnesium alloy materials increase the rigidity of needle bars and effectively reduce the weighting load and moment inertia.
d)Based on the latest computer-aided animation to simulate the motion of knitting elements, the machine obtains the optimum technique to ensure that the yarns are safely inserted into the needles to get uniform and stripe-free fabric appearance.
e)By means of latest computer technology to optimize Eccentric Lever Components, the machine considerably reduces the acceleration and moment inertia of knitting elements.
f)High-tech production facilities and advanced technical standard ensure the highest precision.

编花横移机构
a.N型花纹机构,采用花盘凸轮或曲线链块,带有行程变换装置
b.编花装置由编花凸轮或由编花链轮与其他安装的花形链条组成,计算机动画仿真高速凸轮曲线。
c.采用优良的工艺方法和高精度工艺设备保证编花凸轮使用精度。

Pattern drive device
1. Pattern cams or N-type chain links with suitable transmission gear ratio.
2. Pattern drive device is made up of pattern cam or pattern chain-wheel and the pattern chain.
3. High-tech production facilities and advanced technical standard ensure the highest precision of the pattern cam.

送经机构
新型的EBA电子送经系统或EBC送经系统。电子送经机构采用先进的计算机和电子控制技术,系统操作简单、可视性强,人性化程度高,送经量控制更精确,可织造出布面效果更好的胚布,设备布局更简洁,并且有整机能耗小,噪音低的特点。

Yarn let-off device
EBA-system or EBC-system adopts advanced computer and electrical-control technique. This system exists the advantages of easy-control、strong-visual 、high humanity and it is easier to survey and manually adjust yarn run-in values for perfect fabric quality. Moreover, it is suitable for least energy consumption and lowest noise and tidy lay out machine.
