Automatic Single Color Flocking Machine (New model)
Main function:
1.     We use complete shut-off, transparent flocking cabinet, so flock won’t fly out and it’s more environmental friendly and do less harm to workers’ health.
2.     Blowing section equipped at the entrance and exit, so extra flock is recoverable.
3.     Brushing dosing amount adjustable, so it ensures the flocking effect.
4.     Electrostatic-eliminating and vibrating device are equipped at the exit to ease the recycling work.
5.     Double flocking cabinet with flocking and reflocking function. One single-color flocking machine can go with two screen printing machine, so accelerated flocking speed.
6.     Drawer for keeping the flock and it’s easy to clean the drawer and exchange the flock.
7.     CHNT electronics and Mitsubishi frequency conversion speed regulator are used to ensure the quality of the machine.
