机器采用型材焊接，钢板折边成型，造型美观、轻巧、采用变频无级调速控制卷布速度，及可修正电子计长仪（计米、码、累计及定长自停功能，并可显示在线速度、班次）进布处配有吸边器。
本机自动化程度高，操作简单。
