Cixi Yaxing Plastic Products Factory is located in Cixi, the south side of Hangzhou bay oversea Bridge which is the longest oversea bridge in the world. The good position and convenient t

ransportation make it become the center of the Gold Triangle consisted of Shanghai, Hangzhou and Ningbo economical circle. It takes about 7 minutes to get to the factory if driving from the Andong Exit of the south side of the bridge.

Now we have 8 sets of computer control equipment including CNC four axis equipment and some other equipment such as computer control turning machine, normal turning machine, milling, drilling and grinding machine as well as the related detection instruments. Relying on the several years experience and technology power of CNC four axis, the factory has become the specialized one manufacturing rotary products like cylinder cam, type cam, abnormal cam, rolling cutter, circle cutter, propeller, impeller, screw groove, adjustable screw groove, close

d curve groove etc. The factory also can produce precise spatial location hole and surface on the case and axle products.

槽筒（凸轮轴、槽辊）适用于化纤加弹机、倒筒机、络筒机、并纱机、包覆丝机、卷绕机等各种纺织机械，是化纤（棉）纺织机械卷绕丝饼成型的关键部件。

本厂采用进口优良的工程塑料（或高级铸铁）为原料，加以科学地改性，其耐磨性、刚性、尺寸稳定性、自润滑性及抗疲劳耐冲击性能均特别突出，尤其是耐蠕变性能是所有工程塑料中最优秀的，是槽筒最理想的基材。结合经过科学设计的成型曲线，辅以先进的生产设备和严谨的加工工艺所生产的“凯旋”牌槽筒，在卷装成型、退卷性能及耐磨耗抗冲击、使用寿命上，远胜于同业同类产品。产品已经各大纺机生产厂商长期配套使用，质量已得到广大用户的绝对肯定，国内市场占有量已达70％以上，并远销海外。
