SENSITIVE SANFORISING

2014年06月25日 来源:中国纺织报

Bruckner's new POWER-SHRINK sanforising line is able to sanforise highly sensitive knitwear to achieve a smoother touch, low residual shrinkage values and to meet high quality demands.

About a year ago, Bruckner, exhibiting at Stand F7 in Hall E6, supplied a POWER-SHRINK line for knitwear finishing to the German textile company, Dolinschek in Burladingen, Southern Germany. The challenge was to connect the line, including drives and safety technology, to an existing felt calender.

For this purpose all fabric drive motors have been replaced and safety technology has been adapted to latest requirements.

Behind the rubber belt unit, the fabric is led via guide and scroll rollers into the felt calender. Subsequently the fabric is transported with low tension via a relaxation belt to the windin

g unit. When working width is 2m, the line is operated depending on fabric type with a speed of up to 30m/minute. The fabric weights are between 50g and 300g/sq m.

With this line, Dolinschek finishes mainly sensitive knitted fabrics made of cotton, viscose, polyamide and polyester for underwear and outerwear. To improve brightness and touch the fabric is sanforised with a Bruckner POWER-SHRINK and after that it passes a calender.

Residual shrinkage values before sanforising are between 8 and 12% and after sanforising they are between 5 and 0%, even for knitted fabric. With cotton articles it is possible to reach residual shrinkage values of 0%, articles with 3-4% elastane can reach residual shrinkage values between 0 and 3%. In the case of viscose articles, residual shrinkage is normally bet

ween 2 and 4%.

The modification at Dolinschek had to take place in a short time to minimise interruption to production. This was possible due to good cooperation between both companies. Dolinschek was founded in 1980 as a textile cutting and wholesale company. At that time it supplied mainly to customers in the field of night, casual and childrenswear. After a reorganisation in 1997 it took over a dyehouse which was extended contin-

uously in the following years.

In 2001 the company moved into the premises of a former textile factory in Burladingen with finishing, dyeing, warehouse, laboratory and administration located there. Dolinschek has three Bruckner stenters, one sanforising range, one relaxation dryer, one continuous washing machine and several Thies dyeing machines. It has about 100

employees and .supplies to customers in Europe and across the globe.
