主要功能：

1.四路进纱，每组喂纱装置配备5至6把梭子，可满足各种袜品的生产需要；

2.主口梭子采用了分体式设计，大大降低客户的使用成本且便于维修；

3.线圈组织的针弧大小、袜品的尺寸，均由高精度足功率的步进马达控制针筒的上下来实现；

4.采用了高灵敏的裸氨输送器，通过调节输送器控制裸氨的松紧，便于编织各型美腿袜；

5.采用了环形纱架，配备了光电感应断纱器，从而大大提高了报警及时性，减少了纱线浪费；

6.密度调节，通过针筒、密度三角、生克三角三个部分，对织物密度进行调节。

7.在编织一些暗花组织时，该机型比ZBSW-P10效率高，功能强；

8.采用全方位安全保护措施（气源处理系统、油量报警、过载停车等），最大限度防止机器损坏、保障人员安全；

9.在轴承、电磁阀、同步带、织针、花键类均选用了进口配件同时，采用了科学合理的装配工艺，从而使得机器稳定性好、噪音低。

1.第1路喂纱装置配备6把梭子，2、3、4路喂纱装置配备5把梭子；

2.配备线架的同时，配备了1个裸氨输送器和12个光电感应断纱器；

3.带包边的圆盘剪刀，圆盘剪刀在任意步段可停止转动；

4.配备由一个步进马达控制生克弧大小的生克罩；

5.配备了4个气动控制的成圈三角，并配备了一套高精度量块，便于调节成圈三角的高度，保障纹路的一致、平整；

6.配备了可升降的扎口盘，其中4把小剪刀中有2把小剪刀具有气动控制上下的功能；

7.1、3路配备了16级气动刀片式选针器，2、4路配备了8级气动刀片式选针器。
