Eurotech is proud to announce a new PC/104-Plus module that boosts Embedded PC Systems with a powerful low power consumption PIII mobile processor.
The CPU-1450 has been designed to address requirements of the latest high demanding applications for new generation Embedded Systems. The module is based on an Intel Pentium III Mobile processor and a reliable Inte1 440MX chipset, especially suited for mobile applications, which provide advanced power management features and low cost AC-97 audio platform.
The CPU-1450 is a PC/104-P!us form factor module that features a 32bit 33MHz PCI bus and 8-bit PC/104 bus to maintain compatibility with existing PC/104 modules.
The Pentium III mobile is available with 300 MHz and 500 MHz core frequencies. The module includes also: one Fast Ethernet controller 10/100Mbps for standard LAN interconnection, two USB 1.1 ports for high speed serial data transfer up to 1.5Mbps, one Ultra DMA33 EIDE controller, one standard AC97compatible audio port for multimedia applications.
The CPU-1450 is available with 64 or 128MB SDRAM soldered on board to improve general reliability in every condition also in operative conditions affected by vibrations, shocks and thermal stress.
Thanks to its low power consumption the module does not need any fan or active cooling system: only passive heat sink is required to ensure proper operation over a wide temperature range.
