本机采用了数控伺服系统，使工作过程精确控制成为可能，触摸屏人机对话操作界

面，方便使用者掌控操作。

磨削方面：

优化磨头设计，稳定性好，运转平稳，装拆维修方便.工作磨砺过程中，设计为第一往

复为80%磨削量，第二往复为20%磨削量精度程序自动控制，从而使得胶辊磨砺的尺寸

精度、表面粗糙度都为满意。

Cut aspect: optimize the design of grind, capability stable, running stability and easy to maintain. The design for the first to and fro is 80% cut, the second to and fro is 20% cut to be automatic controlled by precision program, that make the dimension precision of the grinding and the granulate of surface to be satisfied.

夹具方面：

全新理念，夹具模块化设计。装夹方便，精度高，调整方便，可靠性好，其配套的通

用夹具模块，可广泛地应用于细纱胶辊的磨砺。

currency clamp module, which can use for thin yarn glue roller.

控制方面：

本机采用PLC可编程序控制器+触摸显示屏。提供多种适用不同种类皮辊磨削方案，同

时用户可根据自主经验，通过触摸屏即可修改方案参数，人机对话界面更友好。使磨

消后胶辊达最佳效果。采用了PLC控制后，使在胶辊在磨削过程中由于突然停电也不

至于胶辊脱出夹具。从而增加了操作按全性。

磨头方面：

优化设计了磨削砂轮的尺寸，气孔大小，磨头主轴的支承方式，以及砂轮吸尘罩。使

砂轮在高速运转中更平稳，磨削后的胶辊较容易控制在最佳的表面粗糙度

Ra0.025-0.05um范围内，一般只需一个往复即可。提高了班产率。（700档左右、

8hr）使磨床的利用率进一步的发挥。

夹具方面：

全新理念新设计了自带动力，罗拉清洁的气动夹具锁。改变了传动罗拉的运动方式，

改变了FM－Ⅲ型机皮带传动带来的调整不易，在大小头调整上采用了百分表监测更直

观、方便易操作结构，使磨消过程稳定性好、精度一致性好。新设计的装夹皮辊“V”

型钳口，即可满足各种型式胶辊的中心握持方式进行磨砺。
